Ingredients for making creamy girl's cake:

 3 cups unleavened wheat flour

 3 cups of milk (720 milliliters)

 1 cup of sugar (160 grams)

 1 box of condensed milk

 3 eggs

 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine

How to make creamy girl's cake:

Turn the oven on at 180ºC. In a blender, start by beating the eggs with sugar, condensed milk, milk and butter or margarine.

Tip: For this recipe you can use skim milk or whole milk, the difference between them is the percentage of fat.

Then add the flour little by little, stopping to beat between each addition - if necessary use a spoon to help mix. When all the ingredients are well incorporated, place the girl's cake dough in a greased mold and sprinkled with wheat.

Tip: In this recipe it will not yeast, so use unleavened flour. Prefer to use a pan with a hole in the middle, of approximately 24 cm, it facilitates the baking of the cake.
